At the ticket counter you will find information in Italian and English about
- fares ok tickets;
- information and MIC Card rates;
- categories of those admitted with reduced or free admission;
- access conditions;
- notification of any inefficiencies

CLOAKROOM
The wardrobe service is free of charge, included in the ticket price, and is self-managed.
In order to protect the works of art, the staff may request that large bags, backpacks, umbrellas and other potentially harmful objects be left in the cloakroom.
Items left in the self-service wardrobe must be collected before the museums close.

EDUCATIONAL AND GUIDED TOURS
A guided tour service is available in several languages, for a fee and by prior arrangement, with a choice. For information and reservations: 060608 daily from 9.00 to 19.00

ROOM ASSISTANCE
The museum staff provides visitors with information on the museum's routes, services and events and checks that the museum's rules of behaviour are respected. At the museum sites, constant and direct supervision and control of the collections is guaranteed, also during exhibitions, concerts, conferences and other cultural activities.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
It is permitted to take photos and videos of the works (excluding those on display in temporary exhibitions) for personal and studio use, without the use of tripods, selfie sticks or additional lights.
